This listing is for a used maple boat shuttle made in the USA by Schacht Spindle Co. who is known for their quality Weaving Looms, Spinning Wheels and Accessories.  This shuttle is an example of their fine craftmanship.  This is a maple shuttle that is 13.25"L x 1.875"W x 1.25"H and weighs approximately 5.6 oz. It is a well balanced shuttle that feels comfortable in the hand and will only get more beautiful with age.   The shuttle takes the 5" plastic bobbins also made by Schacht.
