New Beka 4" Rigid Heddle, Loom with warping peg, shuttle
New Beka 4" Rigid Heddle Loom
Can be used as a tape loom and make bands like an inkle loom or backstrap loom.
This loom comes with a 4" (8, 10, or 12 dents) heddle (Pick the size you would like from the drop-down menu.) Made of hard maple, comes fully assembled with a pre-warped heddle. You will need to do some assembly. An instruction sheet will be sent to you in a PDF. We include enough "warp" to weave a 3 - 4 foot long strip of fabric, and enough "weft" to finish the weaving of a warped-faced project as shown in the picture.
The loom's instructions move through how to weave the rest of the project, then go step-by-step through planning and starting another project. Weaving can be started as soon as the loom is out of its box. This loom is very similar to a back strap loom or band weaving (only with a frame). Weave projects up to 4" wide X 3 yards long. The assembled loom measures 6" wide X 21-1/2" long, and comes with one shuttle.
