This is a Bradford Exchange "68" Comeback Special plate of Elvis Presley. The numbered plate is 11488F. This is a "first issue in Delphi's history and officially authorized".
Two brochures are included. A "welcome to the Bradford Exchange" is included )but never opened).The original box is included.
Photos show the front and rear of the plate. Also, the brochures are photographed along with the box. The plate has remained in the box since it was bought.
